Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Atlantis purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them up to 30 days after you bought them. Please refer to the instructions on the packing slip that came with your order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and determine whether we will provide a full refund or store credit.
Your return must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) # which you may request on the “My Account” page at AtlantisWeatherGear.com or by calling Atlantis customer service at 877-333-SAIL (7245). Prior to returning the item, please fill out the return form that came in your package and follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to your account with Atlantis Weather Gear. Click "Completed Orders" to proceed to the RA Link.
2. Click the Returns button. Once on the "Completed Orders" page, the button should be on the right hand side of the page. Complete the form and get your RA #.
3. Pack all items you wish to return and enclose this packing list with the package. Also, please write a note describing reason for return, your email address and phone number, so that we can easily contact you.
4. Please write the return authorization # on the outside of the box.
5. Ship your package via the shipping service of your choice to:

If you cannot find your return form, please call or email Atlantis Customer Service. We will provide you with the information required to process your return.
Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Once your return is received, inspected and processed, we will determine the appropriate credit method.
To exchange an order, return the unwanted product to Atlantis following the returns process outlined above. Next, purchase the replacement item anytime at AtlantisWeatherGear.com or call 877-333-SAIL (7245). We will credit you for the original purchase when we receive and process your return.
