Atlantis WeatherGear uses SSL (secure socket layering) encryption when you place an order online with us to protect your information. It is encrypted before it travels over the Internet and de-crypted after successful transfer. In association with our SSL encryption, we maintain our own SSL certificate through Verisign, the most trusted name in Internet security, that verifies who we are, and that your data sent online is securely protected. Consumer protection laws protect you against unauthorized use of your credit card. Federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card number is used without your permission. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event an Atlantis® product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Atlantis® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Atlantis® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Atlantis® shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
